We are pleased to provide you with our after-sales services, and we would like to note that your requests will be received under an application ticket for exchange and return and work to process it to achieve your satisfaction with our full compliance with the regulations and legislation issued by the Ministry of Commerce while adhering to the consumer protection regulation to ensure your right. When you notice any defects in the manufacture of clothes, we are ready to achieve your requirements and complete the return or replacement process in accordance with the conditions described below.
· The recovery time is 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
· The time period for product replacement is 5 days from the date of receipt of the order.
· The product is replaced and returned when there is damage or error caused by manufacturing, different size, required type, or violation of Saudi standard specifications.
· Products are replaced in the event of commercial fraud, non-conformity of commercial data to the truth, a difference between what was stated in the characteristics of the product before purchase, or manipulation by the amount, measurement, source, weight, or energy of the product.
· It is not possible to replace and return products of personal use such as (masks - underwear and the like) in order to maintain general health.
· It is forbidden to use the product to be replaced or returned and is returned in its original condition with its packaging without any damage. If the conditions are not met, the order is considered null and the order is returned to the customer.
· The customer bears the shipping costs in case of a desire for replacement or return, and thus the factory is not responsible for those costs.
· If the payment is through electronic payment channels, we will return the amount within 14 working days according to the bank"s policy.
· When you want to replace, the balance can be returned to your wallet account to benefit from it later.
· The amounts for purchase vouchers are not refundable and can only be redeemed.
