The recovery time is 3 days from the date of receipt of the order-  

When returning and replacing, shipping charges (SR 35) or any additional charges are not refunded -

Personally used products such as muzzles, underwear and the like cannot be replaced and recovered in order to maintain public health -

It is forbidden to use the product to be replaced or recovered and returned in its original state with its packaging without any harm and in the event of non-fulfillment of the conditions, the request is considered null and void and  the request is returned to the customer The customer bears the shipping costs in case of desire to replace or recover and therefore the factory is not responsible for those costs. ·
